Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cups By Kimberly! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

Each order is made with care, so please allow 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for your order to be made and shipped. We'll let you know if there are any delays.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier (USPS or FedEx).

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once the customer pays the additional shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll work with you to make it right.
